| 摘 要： | 目的：观察给予部分静脉营养（PPN）是否有助于提高危重新生儿的治愈率。方法：对60例危重新生儿积极治疗原发病并根据一般情况给予胃肠营养，观察组32例经外周静脉输入营养液，监测有关指标，并与对照组28例比较，结果：观察组治愈率优于对照组（P＜0．05），结论：营养支持对危重新生儿至关重要，危重新生儿应用部分静脉营养安全有效。

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe whether partial parenteral nutrition(PPN)is helpful to improve the cure rate of severe neonatal patients.Methods:60 severe neonatal patients were treated and provided with gastroenferic nutrition according to the general condition.The observed group( n =32) was infused for venous nutrition through peripheral vein. Some related indexes were measured and compared with those of the control group ( n =28). Results:Cure rate of the observed group is higher than that of the control group ( P <0.05).Conclusion:Nutritional support is very important to severe neonates.Partial parenteral nutrition is safe and effective. |
