| 摘 要： | 目的]探讨中西医结合健康教育路径对癌痛患者生活质量的影响。方法]选取92例肿瘤癌痛患者为研究对象,随机数字表法分成两组,实验组48例、对照组44例。两组住院患者均实施癌痛规范化治疗及护理,对照组接受传统健康教育,实验组以中西医结合路径模式进行健康教育,干预前后观察两组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量情况并行统计学分析。结果]干预前两组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量无统计学差异(P0.05),干预后两组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量均优于干预前(P0.05),且实验组患者疼痛控制程度、生活质量高于对照组,有统计学差异(P0.05)。结论]中西医结合健康教育路径在提高癌痛患者生活质量及止痛治疗的效果方面优于传统健康教育。
