乳腺癌伴抑郁症患者中医辨证分型初探

目的]分析乳腺癌伴抑郁症患者的中医证候特点,初步建立其中医辨证分型标准。方法]筛选乳腺癌伴抑郁症患者,应用聚类分析和主成分分析,对中医证候进行提取和分析,征询全国乳腺癌以及中医诊断学领域专家的意见后,初步建立乳腺癌伴抑郁症的辨证分型标准。结果]通过聚类分析归为4类,每类中取载荷0.5以上的症候变量为主成分;根据主成分分析,将乳腺癌伴抑郁症患者分为4个证型:肝郁气滞、肝郁脾虚、肝肾阴虚、心脾两虚,每一型均包含精神症状和躯体症状。结论]乳腺癌伴抑郁症患者辨证分型标准模型的初步建立,为进一步研究乳腺癌伴抑郁症的辨证分型规律奠定基础。

Preliminary Study on TCM Syndrome Differentiation and Classification of Breast Cancer Patients with Depression

Objective]To analyze the characteristics of TCM syndromes of breast cancer patients with depression, and to establish preliminarily the TCM syndrome differentiation types.Methods]Breast cancer patients with depression were screened, through applying cluster analysis and principal component analysis to extract and analyze the TCM syndromes and consulting experts in the field of breast cancer and traditional Chinese medicine diagnostics. To establish the standard of syndrome differentiation and classification of breast cancer patientis with depression.Results]There are four categories through cluster analysis, load 0.5 above symptom variables as the main ingredients in each category. Based on principal component analysis, the experts took breast cancer depression patients'' clustering of 4 categories as the four syndrome types: liver stagnation Qi stagnation, liver stagnation and spleen deficiency, liver and kidney yin deficiency, and deficiency of heart and spleen.Each type contains both mental and physical symptoms. Conclusion] The establishment of the standard model for the differentiation of symptoms and signs in breast cancer patients with depression will lay a foundation for treatment and further study on the law of differentiation and classification of breast cancer patients with depression.
