徐福主任医师治疗老年复视经验介绍

[目的]总结导师徐福主任运用滋水涵木法结合电针治疗老年复视的的诊治思路和临床经验。[方法]随师侍诊、查阅文献、收集整理典型医案、归纳分析,从老年复视的病因病机、治疗原则、选穴规律、针刺方法等方面阐述徐福主任治疗此病独到的临证思维及治疗方法,并举验案佐证。[结果]徐福主任认为老年复视的病机主要为肝肾精血不足,髓海不足,目失所养。病位主要在肝、胆、肾,故治疗老年复视多从肝肾入手。针刺治疗以滋补肝肾、填精益髓为原则,主要选取肝肾经腧穴及足三阳经的眼周腧穴,联合电针治疗,并根据患者的临床表现佐以补益气血、疏风通络、祛湿化痰等,所举案例经滋水涵木法结合电针治疗后痊愈,临床疗效颇佳。[结论]徐福主任运用滋水涵木法结合电针治疗老年复视,临床疗效显著,值得临床推广。

The Clinical Experience of Director XU Fu in Treating Senile Diplopia

[Objective] To summarize the clinical experience of director XU Fu in treating senile diplopia with the method of nourishing water to moisten wood combined with electroacupuncture.[Methods]By following chief physician XU Fu clinic and consulting literature, collecting and sorting out typical medical cases, and inductive analysis, this paper expounds director XU Fu''s unique clinical method and treatment in treating this disease from the aspects of the pathogenesis, treatment principle, acupoint selection rule, acupuncture method, the case evidence is presented. [Results]Director XU Fu believes that the main pathogenesis of senile diplopia is deficiency of liver and kidney, lack of marrow and loss of nutrient of eyes. The location of the disease is mainly in the liver, gallbladder and kidney, mainly choose the acupoints of liver and kidney meridian and eye-circle acupoints of foot-three-Yang meridians, combined with electroacupuncture therapy, and according to the clinical manifestations of the patients, they were supplemented by tonifying Qi and blood, dredging wind and collaterals, eliminating dampness and resolving phlegm and so on, the case was cured after treatment with nourishing water to moisten wood combined with electroacupuncture, the clinical curative effect was quite good.[Conclusions] Chief physician XU Fu using the method of nourishing water to moisten wood combined with electroacupuncture to treat senile diplopia has significant clinical effect, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
