| 摘 要： | 目的:观察急性脑血栓早期康复护理对降低脑血栓患者致残率的效果。方法:选取本院2015年5月~2017年5月收治的脑血栓患者74例,随机分为对照组和观察组各37例。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在常规护理的基础上实施早期康复护理,观察两组护理效果。结果:观察组总有效率、满意度均显著高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组致残率显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对脑血栓患者实施早期康复护理的临床效果十分显著,其可以有效降低脑血栓患者致残率,提高疗效及满意度,值得临床推广。
