淋巴管瘤误诊1例报告并文献复习

目的：分析淋巴管瘤的误诊原因及治疗方法.方法：通过报告1例临床表现为巨大尖锐湿疣的淋巴管瘤诊治经过,结合文献对淋巴管瘤的临床表现和类型、病理诊断及治疗等进行探讨.结果：淋巴管瘤一般无自觉症状,有时呈鸡冠状或菜花样,伴轻度渗出和出血,但醋白试验阴性.组织病理未见空泡化细胞,但可见较多大小不等的扩张的淋巴管,管腔内尚能见到染成淡红色的淋巴液,个别囊腔混有红细胞,周围有弥漫性淋巴细胞、组织细胞为主的炎细胞浸润.治疗采用手术切除.结论：淋巴管瘤是一种少见的良性肿瘤,确诊需依赖组织病理检查。

Analysis of Misdiagnosis of A Case of Lymphangioma and Literature Review

Objective:To analyse the misdiagnosis reasons and therapy of lymphangioma.Methods:By reporting the medical course of a case of lymphangioma mimicking giant condyloma acuminata,the medical literatures involved clinical features and types,pathological diagnosis and treatment were reviewed.Results:Lymphangioma had non-symptom usually,sometimes cauliflower-like in appearance.The result of vinegar test was negative.Some similar but much smaller lesions could also be seen around the main entity accompanying chronic exudation and haemorrhage in the lesion.Pathological evaluation revealed that it was cystic lymphangioma and surgical excision was adopted in the end.Conclusion:Lymphangioma is a rarely seen benign tumor of the skin,its diagnosis should be based on the pathological examination.
