92例精神分裂症患者杀亲行为调查分析

目的：探讨精神分裂症患者杀亲行为的特征。方法：采用自编调查表,对92例有杀亲行为精神分裂症患者的住院病历及相关资料进行回顾性调查。结果：有杀亲行为的精神分裂症患者以男性青壮年为主,文化程度较低,未婚、农民居多。作案大多无诱因,作案时间、地点无选择性,凶器多为日常生活、生产工具,受害对象主要为父母配偶。影响杀亲行为的精神症状主要为被害妄想、幻听、嫉妒妄想等。结论：人口学特征、既往史、精神症状、应激因素等社会心理因素是导致精神分裂症患者发生杀亲行为的主要方面,应加强精神卫生知识宣传,加强监管,定期评估患者病情。
