卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的干预作用

摘    要:目的探讨卡维地洛对原发性高血压患者血管内皮功能的干预作用。方法利用高频血管超声技术测量卡维地洛治疗前后原发性高血压患者肱动脉血流及内径的变化,根据患者左室几何形态参数,将治疗组分为左室肥厚组(A组)及无左室肥厚组(B组),分析其变化规律。结果卡维地洛组治疗后内皮依赖性血管舒张功能和内皮非依赖性血管舒张功能均有显著性的改善(P<0.05),高血压伴左室肥厚组改变更显著,与对照组比较差异有显著意义(P<0.05);血管内皮依赖性的最大血流量较治疗前显著升高(P<0.05);肱动脉的基础内径与治疗前比较差异无显著意义(P>0.05)。结论卡维地洛能改善高血压忠者肱动脉内皮依赖性及内皮非依赖性的舒张作用,减轻内皮功能的损害。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the changes of endothelium function in essential hypertension(EH) patients after treatment with carvedilol.Methods All selected EH patients were divided into 2 groups:one(group A) group with left ventricle hypertrophy,the other(group B) group without left ventricle hypertrophy by using 2 diemensional echocardiography;to detect the endothelium dependent and non endothelium dependent vasodilatation change of brachial artery before and after carvedilol.Results After treatment the endothelium dependent and non endothelium dependent vasodiation of brachial artery increased significantly(P<0.05) in carvedilol group.And the change in group A was more significantly(P<0.05).Conclusion Carvedilol can improve the endothelium dependent and non endothelium dependent vasodilatation of brachial artery,lessen the damage of endothelium function in EH.
