| 摘 要： | 用CCl4制成慢性肝损伤模型，克肝胶囊为治疗用药，观察肝功能、肝脏指数及肝组织病理等变化，以乙肝解毒胶囊作对照。结果：与乙肝解毒胶囊一样，克肝胶囊各剂量组都能显降低ALT、AST、肝脏指数、唾液酸和胶原蛋白含量（P＜0.05或0.01)；提高ALB、A/G（P＜0.01)及改善肝脏病理。结论：克肝胶囊有抗慢性肝损伤作用。

| Abstract: | To observe the effect of Kegan capsule on chronic hepatic damage in rats.Methods:The rat models of chronic hepatic damage were made with CCl 4,after being treated by Kegan capsule,the changes of liver function,liver index and liver pathological tissue were observed,and compared with Yigan Jiedu capsule.Results:Each dosage group of Kegan capsule all could decrease the serum level of ALT,AST,liver index,saliva acid,the contents of collagen protein(P<005 or P<001),increase the level of Alb,A/G(P<001)and improve liver pathological tissue condition significantly as Yigan Jiedu capsule did.Conclusion:Kegan capsule have the function of resisting chronic hepatic damage. |
