原发性高血压患者靶器官损害血尿酸水平相关因素研究

目的：研究原发性高血压高尿酸血症相关因素,探讨高血尿酸与原发性高血压靶器官损害的关系。方法：选择2007-02/2008-08住院的高血压患者306例,按尿酸水平分为高尿酸组及正常尿酸组,比较两组一般临床资料及血尿酸水平与高血压靶器官损害情况,分析高尿酸血症的相关危险因素。结果：尿酸与三酰甘油、血压等呈正相关（P〈0.05）;颈动脉病变、视网膜病变与血尿酸呈正相关,合并左心室肥厚、脑血管意外、肾脏损害者,血尿酸值也显著升高。结论：原发性高血压尿酸与多因素相关,高尿酸血症与高血压靶器官损害密切相关,表明高尿酸血症在高血压病的发生发展过程中起重要的作用。

Analysis of Related Factors of hyperuricaemia and primary hypertension

Objective：To study the related factors of hyperuricaemia in patiens with primary hypertension and to investigate the relationship between hyperuricaemia and the target organ damage.Methods：During March 2007 to December 2008,306 cases of hypertension were divided into 2 groups,according to their serum uric acid levels,then the relationship between serum uric acid and morbidity rate of the target organ damage.Results：There was a positive relationship between SUA,triglycerides blood tension,the aggravating of the pathological change in carotid and the worsing of retinopathy（P〈0.05）;and if the patients complicated the left ventricular hypertrophy,the incidence of cerebrovascular diseases and/or the hypertensive injure of kidney,the level of SUA also increased significantly（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The level of SUA is associating with the target organ damage in hypertension patiens,with the increasing of SUA,the severity was aggravating of target organ damage;the level of SUA is higher withmore target organ damage,indicated that uric acid played an important role in the genesis and developmant of hypertension.
