摘    要:目的通过对新生儿缺氧缺血性脑病(HIE)患儿血电解质变化分析,以提高临床抢救的成功率.方法本文对62例HIE患儿进行血钠、血钾、血氯、血钙测定,并以42例正常新生儿作为对照.结果对照组与HIE组间、HIE不同临床分度间血钠、血氯、血钙均有显著性的差异(P<0.01,中、重度间血钙(P<0.05),各组间血钾测定均无显著性差异P>0.05).结论在处理HIE患儿时应严密监测血电解质,注意内环境平衡,避免更严重脑损伤.

Abstract:Objective:This paper analyses the blood electolyte in children with .Neonatal Hypoxic-ischaemic encephlopathy(HIE) in order to improve the succeed rates of clinic rescue by determine the blood natrium,blood kalium,blood calcium,and blood chlorione of 62 clildren with HIE,and 42 nornmal infants as contrast,The results shows there have remarkable difference between contrast group and HIE,between difference clinic steps of HIE in blood natrium,blood kalium,blood calcium,and blood chlorine(P<0.01).There has no remarkable difference between middle and serious step in blood caloium,no remarkable difference among every step in blood kalium(P>0.05).Therefore,the blood electrolyte must be rigorously monitor when handle the HIE patients,and must pay attention to the balance of inner cirumstance to avoid more serious brain trauma.
