| 摘 要： | 评价江川县性病/艾滋病健康促进与干预措施实施效果及可行性。方法：通过对县内32个舞厅的卖淫妇女实施3次性病/艾滋病健康促进与干预措施，以问卷调查进行评价。结果：性病/艾滋病知识的知晓率及高危行为改善均有显著效果。结论：实施的效果良好，并具可行性。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness and feasibility of STD/HIV/AIDS health promotion and intervention programs among the illegal female sex workers in the dancing hall in Jiangchuan County,Yunnan Province. Methods The programs of STD/HIV/AIDS health promotion and ivtervention were conducted among 150 prostitutes underground in 32 dancing halls. Questionnaire surveys were applied before and after the intervention to understand KAP in this group. Results After intervention, the rates of knowledge and attitudes about HIV/AIDS among the prostiutes underground were good. Conclusion The program of STD/HIV/AIDS health promotion and intervention among the prostitutes underground are effective and feasible. |
