子宫内膜厚度联合血清β-HCG测定对诊断早期异位妊娠的价值探讨

目的探讨子宫内膜厚度联合血清β-HCG测定对诊断早期异位妊娠的价值。方法 2007年1月至2009年12月对127例疑似异位妊娠的患者测定血清β-HCG值,采用阴道超声测定子宫内膜厚度,使用SPSS软件包进行统计分析。结果结果32例为宫内正常妊娠,宫内妊娠流产27例.异位妊娠68例,本研究中宫内妊娠组血清β-HCG及子宫内膜厚度明显大于异位妊娠组及宫内妊娠流产组,P〈0.05;异位妊娠组及宫内妊娠流产组二者相比无显著性差异,两项指标联合应用可将诊断准确性提高至94.1%。结论血清β-HCG测定及子宫内膜厚度均可作为诊断异位妊娠的指标,二者联合监测的诊断符合率明显提高,为防止误诊提供了有价值的临床诊断指标。

Study on the value of endometrial stripe thickness combined with Beta-HCG detection in diagnosis of early stage of ectopic pregnancy

Objective To determine the value of endometrial stripe thickness and serum Beta-HCG detection in diagnosis of early stage of ectopic pregnancy.Methods Serum beta-HCG and endometrial stripe thickness were tested by transvaginal ultrasound in 127 women who were doubted ectopic pregnancy from January 2007 to December 2009.We used SPSS software for the statistical analysis.Results On following-up examination 32 were diagnosised as having a normal intrauterine pregnancy,27 as having spontaneous abortion,68 as having ectopic pregnancy.The β-HCG level and endometrial stripe thickness in the normal intrauterine pregnancy group were significantly bigger than those in the spontaneous abortion and ectopic pregnancy group（P0.05）,but there was no significant differences between those in the spontaneous abortion and ectopic pregnancy group.The accuracy of the two combined predictors was 94.1%.Conclusion The determination of serum Beta-HCG and endometrial stripe thickness all can be taken as the marks of diagnosing ectopic pregnancy,but the two parameters united detection can improve the accuracy of diagnosing ectopic pregnancy and have a diagnostic value in avoiding misdiagnosis.
