摘    要:目的]探讨组织因子(tissue factor,TF)、尿激酶型纤溶酶原激活剂受体(urokinase plasminogen activator receptor,uPAR)在乳腺癌表达的临床意义和诊断价值.方法]用免疫组化方法(SP-法)检测39例乳腺癌手术切除组织中TF和uPAR的表达.结果](1)TF、uPAR以及TF和uPAR的共表达阳性率在有淋巴结转移者中明显高于无淋巴转移者.(2)TF、uPAR在低分化组织中表达率高于中分化者.(3)TF、uPAR表达与否和病人年龄无关.(4)TF、uPAR表达与雌激素受体、孕激素受体表达未显示相关性.结论]TF、uPAR表达与乳腺癌淋巴结转移、病理分化密切正相关,是反映乳腺癌发展和转移潜能的生物学指标,TF、uPAR共表达也为解释TF促进肿瘤转移作用提供了依据.

Abstract:To investigate the clinical significance and the diagnostic value of the expression of tissue factor(TF)?urokinase plasminogen activator receptor(uPAR) in breast cancer. Thirty-nine operative tissue of breast cancer were detected for the expression of TF and uPAR by immunohistology chemical(S-P method ).(1)The positive rate of TF,uPAR and the co-expression positive rate of TF and uPAR were significantly higher in the patients with breast cancer with lymphnode metastasis than that in those without lymph node metastasis.(2)The expression of TF,uPAR was higher in the patient with low differentiation than that in those with high differentiation.(3)The expression of TF,uPAR was not correlated with patients' age.(4)The level of TF,uPAR was not correlated with the expression of estrogen receptor and progestin receptor.Conclusion]The expression of TF,uPAR is related closely to lymph node metastasis and pathological differentiation in breast cancer.They are biological index reflecting the oncogenesis and potent ability of metastasis in breast cancer.The co-expression of TF and uPAR can also provide the basis for explaining the role of TF in the promoting carcinomatous metastasis.
