| 摘 要： | 目的:对住院冠心病患者冠脉搭桥围手术期用药合理性进行探讨。方法:通过病历浏览系统及临床查房,采集88例患者用药资料,查阅有关文献进行分析。结果:围手术期用药合理,但有些问题还需进一步研究。结论:冠脉搭桥手术过程中及治疗后均可能发生相关并发症,在治疗的全过程中合理地用药可有效防止并发症。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the rational use of drugs for the coronary artery bypass grafting of inpatients in the perioperative period.Method:The data of 88 patients were eallected from the computer based on patients record system and clinical ward.Inspec- tion and analysis with the related literature were performed.Result:The use of drugs were rational,but some questions also must fur- ther study.Conclusion:It is possible to cause complication in the pefioperative period and after operation,therefore rational use of drugs are very important. |
