摘    要:目的:探讨瑞舒伐他汀对早期糖尿病肾病(DN)患者肾脏的保护作用。方法:将62例早期DN患者随机分为两组,对照组患者给予糖尿病饮食、控制血糖和降血压等常规治疗。治疗组在常规治疗的基础上每晚给予瑞舒伐他汀10 mg,两组疗程均为4周。于治疗前和治疗4周末,检测两组尿微量白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血肌酐(Scr)、C反应蛋白(CRP)、空腹血糖(FPG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)。结果:瑞舒伐他汀治疗4周后,UAER,Scr,CRP,LDL-C,TC,TG显著低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:瑞舒伐他汀在发挥调脂作用的同时,能降低CRP及尿蛋白排泄率,延缓早期DN患者肾功能的恶化。

Abstract:Objective: To investigate the protective effect of rosuvastatin on kidney in patients with early diabetic nephropathy(DN).Methods: Patients with early DN(n=62) were randomly divided into two groups.They were treated with rosuvastatin(10 mg,po,qn)+routine medication or routine medication alone(control).Routine medication included diabetic diet,blood glucose control and anti-hypertensive drugs.In the end of 4-week treatment,urinary albumin excretion rate(UAER),serum creatinine(Scr),C-responsive protein(CRP),fasting plasma glucose(FPG),low density lipoprotein-C(LDL-C),high density lipoprotein-C(HDL-C),total cholesterol(TC) and triglyceride(TG) were determined and compared.Results: The levels of UAER,Scr,CRP,LDL-C,TC,and TG were lower in rosuvastatin group than in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion: Rosuvastatin can improve renal function in patients with early diabetic nephropathy by regulating the levels of blood lipid and decreasing the levels of CRP and UAER.
