2010-2011年青岛市城阳区妊娠合并乙肝病毒携带者心理健康状况调查

目的]探讨妊娠合并乙肝病毒携带者心理健康状况，为做好此类人群的心理干预治疗及护理提供科学依据。方法]采用症状自评量表（SCL-90）对城阳地区80名妊娠合并乙肝病毒携带孕妇进行测试，同时随机抽取76名健康孕妇作为对照组进行心理分析对比。结果]乙肝病毒携带组的躯体化、强迫症状、人际敏感、抑郁、焦虑、敌对、恐怖、偏执、精神病性9个症状群的评分高于对照组，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。文化程度对乙肝病毒携带组及健康组孕妇在躯体化及恐怖因子方面，差异有统计学意义（P〈O．05）。结论]妊娠合并乙肝病毒携带孕妇存在不同程度的心理健康问题，在做好母婴保健的同时，应对其进行及早有效的心理干预，良好的社会支持有助于提高个体的心理健康水平，使其顺利度过整个孕产期，减少心理问题对母婴安全带来的影响，对维持家庭幸福及社会稳定具有深远的意义。

Survey on Psychological Health Among the Patients with Hepatitis B Virus Carrying in Pregnancy in Chengyang District,Qingdao City, 2010-2011

Objective]To investigate the psychological health condit!on of the pregnant women infected with hepatitis B virus（HBV）, so as to provide scientific basis for psychological intervention. Methods]A total of 80 pregnant women infected with HBV were tested by symptom checklist（SCL-90）and 76 healthy pregnant women were randomly collected as con- trol group. Results]The scores of s0matization, obsessive compulsive, sensitiveness, depression and anxiety, hostility, ter-ror,paranoia,psychotic symptoms of HBV B virus carriers were s!gnificantly higher than those of control group（ P〈0.05）. And there was significant difference in the side of somatization and terror according to different degree of education （P〈0.05）. Conelusion]Different psychological health problems are present in the pregnant women infected with HBV. Effective psychological intervention should be applied simultaneously with medical treatment. Satisfactory social supports are advantageous for promoting the level of individual psychological health. And it is significant to make these patients smooth throughout the pregnant period, reduce maternal and infant complications, and maintain family happiness and social stability.
