桃仁-红花药对不同配比的应用数据分析

目的:分析桃仁-红花配伍在中医方剂中的应用情况,为解释方剂复杂体系内在规律和临床用药提供参考。方法:从中国中医科学院"中国方剂数据库"中检索出药物组成含有桃仁、红花的方剂401首,建立数据库,统计分析配比、主治疾病以及疾病所属科属。结果:含有桃仁、红花的方剂中,以1∶1配比出现频次最多,有214首,占53.4%;桃仁-红花药对在内科和妇科疾病中出现频次最多,分别占50.1%和30.7%;不同配比桃仁-红花的应用与疾病科属相关。结论:采用统计分析的方法研究中药药对配比及应用规律可为临床合理用药提供借鉴,也可为中药方剂的现代研究提供参考。

Data analysis for different proportions of persicae semen and carthami flos in Chinese medicinal formulae

Objective: To analyze the application of persicae semen and carthami flos with different proportions,and to explain the inherent law of complicated Chinese medicinal formulae and provide reference for clinical use.Methods: Totally 401 formulae containing herbal pair of persicae semen and carthami flos were retrieved from the database,the Dictionary of Traditional Chinese Medicine Formulae.The database was analyzed to reveal the relationship among the ratios,the indicated major diseases and the disease categories.Results: In the 401 formulae containing herbal pair of persicae semen and carthami flos,the ratio"1∶1" appeared to be the most(214 formulae,53.4%),and the most frequent bureau of diseases appeared to be those in internal medicine(50.1%) and gynecology(30.7%).Use of different ratios of persicae semen and carthami flos was relevant to the disease category.Conclusion: Statistical analysis for the law of compatibility of herbal medicines and application can provide reference for clinical rational drug use,as well as the modernization of traditional Chinese medicine.
