医务人员手卫生现状与针刺方法的改进

目的：探讨改进针灸传统徒手的针刺方法，完善针灸操作规程，降低医院感染，保护医护人员自身安全，减少医患纠纷。方法：通过分析医务人员手卫生现状，结合临床实际，提出改进针刺的方法。结果：调查发现医务人员洗手率低、手带茵率高，改进传统徒手的针刺方法势在必行。结论：在面临病原体、人类本身以及周围环境挑战人类感染病(传染病)的今天，改进传统徒手针灸针刺方法，推广使用一次性手套，是社会进步和依法行医的必然要求。

Present situation of hand hygiene in the medical personnel and improvement of acupuncture methods

Objective To probe into improvement of traditional bare-handed acupuncture methods, complete rules of operation for acupuncture, decrease infection of hospital, protect safety of medical and nursing personnel and reduce disputes between doctors and patients. Methods Methods of improving acupuncture were proposed through analysis of present situation of hand hygiene in the medical personnel in combination with clinical practice. Results Investigation found that the hand-washing rate was lower and the bacteria-bearing rate of the hand was higher in the medical personnel, and improving traditional bare-handed acupuncture method is imperative. Conclusion Improving traditional bare-handed acupuncture methods and using mono-use glove are inevitable requirement for advances of society and practising medicine following laws.
