| 摘 要： | 目的制备吡罗昔康贴剂，研究其透皮吸收性能。方法以高分子材料制备吡逻昔康贴剂，大鼠皮为模型皮肤，采用改良Franz扩散池分别进行药物经皮释放试验和渗透嗽验，并测定了人体平均透皮速率。结果吡罗昔康贴剂体外释放速率为64.31μg·cm-2·h-1，体外透皮速率为14.86μg·cm-2·h-1，人体平均透皮速率为11.94μg·cm-2·h-1。结论吡罗昔康贴剂为一种新颖的控释型外用制剂。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE To prepare the piroxicam films and study its characteristics of transdermal delivery.METHODS Different high polymers were employed to prepare piroxicam films.Rat abdomen skin and modified Franz diffusion cells were used in the drug penetration tests and release tests.The percutaneous penetration rate was investigated.RESULTS The release rate of piroxicam films was 64.31 μg*cm-2*h-1.The in vitro permeation rate was 14.86 μg*cm-2*h-1.The percutaneous penetration rate was 11.94 μg*cm-2*h-1.CONCLUSION Piroxicam films was developed. |
