大孔吸附树脂对大黄总蒽醌类物质的吸附纯化

摘    要:目的 研究大孔吸附树脂对大黄总蒽醌类物质的纯化和制备.方法 对比5种大孔树脂对大黄总蒽醌的吸附性能,以大黄总蒽醌为考察指标,对大孔树脂吸附纯化大黄总蒽醌的条件进行了筛选.结果 S-8型树脂对大黄总蒽醌适宜交换吸附条件为:pH 9,流速为1 mL/min;洗脱剂用5%氢氧化钠和75%乙醇混合液,解吸效果较好.静态交换容量为15.48 mg/g,动态交换容量为23.12 mg/g,吸附率为92.01%,吸附性能较好.结论 S-8型大孔树脂交换吸附大黄总蒽醌的纯化方法可取,具有良好的应用前景.

Abstract:Objective To purify and prepare the total anthraquinones from Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei by macroporous resin.Methods The adsorption capacity of five types of macroporous resins to total anthraquinones of Radix Et Rhizoma Rhei were compared.Results The appropriate adsorption condition of S-8 resin was as follows:pH 9,flow rate of 1 mL/min and elution solution of 75% ethanol mixed with 5% NaOH.Its static exchange capacity was 15.48 mg/g while its dynamic exchange capacity was 23.12 mg/g,and its adsorption ratio w...
