妊娠期不同方式钙干预对孕期钙代谢的影响

摘    要:目的 探讨妊娠期间不同方式钙干预对孕期钙代谢的影响。 方法 采用纵向追踪的方式对 4 2名年龄在 2 1~ 2 8岁、第一胎妊娠的正常孕妇进行动态调查。随机将研究对象分为三组 ,通过膳食指导 ,在保证各研究组热能与营养素摄入相近的情况下 ,分别对各研究组进行不同方式钙干预。 结果 各组经不同钙干预后发现 ,整个孕期与产后血清钙、磷代谢相对稳定 (血钙组 F=2 .118,P=0 .115 ,血磷组 F=l.4 71,P=0 .2 13)。钙吸收以孕末期为佳。过高钙摄入会干扰其他微量元素、尤其是锌的吸收与代谢 (r=- 0 .2 85 ,P=0 .0 33)。 结论 孕期补钙应因人而异 ,以孕晚期为宜。避免过量补充所致的元素间的吸收拮抗。在进行钙补充的同时应注意调整膳食结构 ,增加富钙食品与 Vit D的摄入。

Abstract:Objective To explore the effect of different calcium interference on calcium metabolism during pregnancy. Methods 42 women aged from 21 to 28 with their first pregnancy were observed by longitudinal follow-up. The research women were divided into three groups by random, with dietary guidance and similar amount of energy and nutrients given. Result Each group maintained a relatively stable level of serum calcium and serum phosphorus metabolism during pregnancy and postpartum after different calcium interference.( serum calcium group F=2.118,P=0.115; serum phosphorus group F=1.471,P=0.213). Calcium was best absorbed in the third trimester of pregnancy. Too much absorption of calcium affected the absorption of other trace elements, especially of zinc and its metabolism (r=-0.285,P=0.033). Conclusion Calcium complement during pregnancy varies from individual to individual with its best absorption in the third trimester of pregnancy. Proper amount of calcium complement and proper readjustment of dietary structure may avoid inter-absorption between trace elements caused by high-calcium and improve the absorption of VitD.
