| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨三维正脊疗法对豚鼠炎性细胞和气道重塑的影响。方法：选取3月龄豚鼠30只，雌雄不拘，按体重随机分为哮喘正脊组（10例）、哮喘组（10例）、空白对照组（10例）。予1％卵蛋白雾化吸入诱发哮喘建立支气管哮喘模型，正脊组同时行三维正脊疗法。2周后处死动物，取肺组织行HE染色，光镜下观察并进行图像分析。结果：空白对照组及哮喘正脊组炎性细胞及气道重塑均不明显。而哮喘组则可见大量炎性细胞及气道壁增厚、平滑肌增生明显。结论：三维正脊疗法可减少气道黏膜中炎性细胞的浸润，抑制气道重塑。
