外伤性前房积血的护理

目的探讨适当的护理干预对外伤性前房积血治疗的影响。方法11例（11眼）前房积血患者均接受合理的药物治疗并给予适当的心理帮助和有效的护理。结果11例前房积血2～13天全部吸收，10例视力明显提高，1例因合并晶状体脱位继发青光眼视力恢复不佳。结论与患者及时沟通，进行心理安慰，提供合理有效的护理措施有助于加快前房积血的吸收，减少并发症。

Clinical Nursing of Traumatic Hyphema

Objective To investigate the appropriate nursing intervention on the treatment of traumatic hyphema. Methods 11 patients （11 eyes） hyphema patients received reasonable medical treatment, appropriate psychological help and effective nursing. Results 11 cases of hyphema absorbed in 2 to 13 days, 10 cases improved their visual acuity, one case had poor visual acuity due to complicated lens dislocation resulting in secondary glaucoma. Conclusions Timely communication, psychological comfort, reasonable and effective nursing measures can help speed up the absorption of hyphema and reduce complications.
