重型脑挫裂伤颈椎骨折中枢性高热患者使用降温毯的护理干预

目的探讨重型脑挫裂伤颈椎骨折降温毯用于中枢性高热患者的降温效果。方法将100例重型脑挫裂伤颈椎骨折中枢性高热患者随机分为观察组与对照组各50例,观察组采用降温毯降温,对照组采用传统的橡胶冰袋进行物理降温。结果观察组持续降温不同时间点的直肠温度下降幅度显著高于对照组（P〈0.05）。结论降温毯用于中枢性高热降温效果显著,降温持续时间长,温度平稳下降。

The nursing intervention of the use of reduce the heat blanket for the central hign fever of cervical spine fracture in brain injury

Objective To explore the effect of reduce the heat blanket for the central high fever fo cervical spine fracture in brain injury.Methods 100 cases were divied into control and treatment groups with 50 in each.The treatment group was given reduce the heat blanket to reduce the heat.Results Compared the control group,the rectal temperature of rariant time was significantly lower in treatment group.Conclusion The reduce the heat blanket last for a long time,will be a steady decline and has prominent effect.
