牛至的化学成分研究

摘    要: 目的 研究牛至(Origanum vulgare L.)的化学成分。方法 采用硅胶、ODS、Sephadex LH-20及RP-HPLC等多种色谱技术对牛至全草的化学成分进行系统的分离纯化,根据理化性质及波谱数据鉴定化合物结构。结果 从牛至的乙酸乙酯部位分离得到了13个化合物,分别鉴定为4-(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-hydroxy-7-(3′,4′-dihydroxy-benzoyl)-benzyl alcohol(1)、(5,7,3′,4′-tetrahydroxy-8-C-p-hydroxybenzylflavone)(2)、6,7,4′-三羟基黄酮(3)、1,2,4-苯三酚(4)、丹参素甲酯(5)、(+)-(R)-迷迭香酸正丁酯(6)、香蜂草苷(7)、芹菜素(8)、芹菜素7-O-β-D-吡喃葡萄糖苷(9)、木樨草素(10)、阿魏酸(11)、咖啡酸(12) 和β-谷甾醇(13)。结论 化合物1~7为首次从该植物中分离得到。

Abstract:OBJECTIVE To investigate the chemical constituents of Origanum vulgare L. METHODS The chemical constituents were isolated by silica gel,ODS,Sephadex LH-20,as well as RP-HPLC column chromatographies. Their structures were elucidated based on their physicochemical properties and spectral data. RESULTS Thirteen compounds were isolated from O. vulgare. Their structures were identified as 4-(O-β-D-glucopyranosyl)-hydroxy-7-(3′,4′-dihydroxy-benzoyl)-benzyl alcohol(1),5,7,4′-trihydroxy-8-C-p-hydroxybenzylflavone(2),6,7,4′-trihydroxyflavone(3),1,2,4-benzenetriol(4),methyl 3-(3′,4′-dihydroxyphenyl) lactate(5),(+)-(R)-butyl rosmarinate(6),didymin(7),apigenin(8),apigenin 7-O-β-D-glucoside(9),luteolin(10),ferulaic acid(11),caffeic acid(12) and β-sitosterol(13),respectively. CONCLUSION Compounds 1~7 were isolated from O. vulgare for the first time.
