| 摘 要： | 目的探讨56例髋臼骨折的临床手术效果。方法采用回顾性分析的方法,分析收治的56例髋臼骨折临床资料,依据治疗方式不同分为治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组。结果治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组术后移位、髋关节功能情况效果良好,同时治疗Ⅰ组和治疗Ⅱ组髋关节周围异位骨化分级无显著性差异。结论通过针对56例髋臼骨折患者临床特点进行评估,选择合适入路方式,临床手术效果良好,值得临床推广应用。

| Abstract: | Objective To approach the clinical operation results of 56 cases fracture of acetabulum. Method To retrospective analyze the clinical data of 56 cases, which was to be divided into curing Ⅰ group and curing Ⅱ group. Result The shift after operation, the hip joint function were good of curing Ⅰ group and curing Ⅱ group, then hip joint surrounding ectopic ossif ication fractionation were manifest, the two groups were no difference. Conclusion To appraisal clinical feature of 56 cases fracture of acetabulum patients, choosing effectually approach methods, the clinical curative effect of 56 cases fracture of acetabulum were good,which was to be used. |
