摘    要:目的评估前列腺增生症(BPH)经尿道汽化切割(TUVP)合并经尿道电切(TURP)的治疗效果。方法对2004年4月~2006年8月间行TUVP结合TURP治疗的227例BPH作回顾性分析。结果手术顺利,出血少,手术时间短。术后随访6个月以上,最大尿流率(Qmax)、残余尿量以及国际前列腺症状评分(IPSS)等,均有显著改善,无严重并发症,疗效满意。结论TUVP结合TURP治疗BPH,手术时间缩短,出血少,手术安全,治疗效果确切,是治疗BPH值得选择的方法。

Abstract:Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of transurethral vaporization of prostate (TUVP) and transurethral resection of prostate (TURP) for the treatment of benign prostatic haperplasia (BPH). Methods the clinical data of 227 BPH patients by TUVP and TURP were analyzed retrospectively. Results The TUVP and TURP was successfully performed on all the 227 patients with BPH. The operative time was short. No case needed blood transfusion during the operation. No transurethral resection syndrome (TURS) or urethra narrow occurred. All cases were followed for up 6 months after treatment. The mean Qmax and IPSS was showed significant improvement (P <0.01). Conclusions TUVP and TURP are effective and safe methods to treat BPH.
