| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨霍山石斛胶囊(dendrobium huoshenese capsule,DHC)对延缓果蝇衰老的影响作用及其机制。方法:收集羽化8h内的黑腹果蝇,在普通培养基上饲喂20天后随机分为4组,分别以添加0.000%、0.056%、0.167%、0.500% DHC的培养基饲喂,用生存实验检测果蝇寿命;分别测定给药10、20、30日龄果蝇体内超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)活性及丙二醛(MDA)含量。结果:0.056%、0.167%、0.500% DHC能显著延长雌雄果蝇的半数死亡时间、寿命及最高寿命(P<0.01),给药10、20、30日龄时雌雄蝇体内随着霍山石斛浓度增高,SOD活性升高、MDA含量降低(P<0.05)。结论:DHC具有抗氧化、延缓果蝇衰老的作用。
