辛伐他汀对骨质疏松患者种植体周围骨的影响

目的用辛伐他汀干预骨质疏松(OP),观察在OP患者中行种植术后治疗骨质疏松药物对种植体周围骨质的影响。方法将26位OP患者随机分为2组,每组13位。共植入31枚种植体,由同一位医师完成。对照组服用安慰剂,实验组口服辛伐他汀片5mg/d,共3个月。以曲面断层片判定骨质变化。结果对照组术后3个月与术前的骨密度变化不明显,实验组术后3个月与术前的骨密度相比有明显提高。结论口服辛伐他汀可影响OP患者种植体周围骨密度,提高种植成功率。

Effect of simvastatin on patients with osteoporosis in peri-implant bone

Objective With simvastatin osteoporosis(OP),is observed in OP patients soon after implantation in treatment of osteoporosis drugs on peri-implant bone effects.Methods 26 patients with OP were randomly divided into 2 groups,each group of 13 bits.Implantation of total 31 implants,by the same physicians completed.The control group received a placebo,experimental group daily oral simvastatin tablets 5 mg,a total of 3 months.Determination of changes to the panoramic radiographs.Results In the control group 3 months after surgery and preoperative bone density does not change obviously,experimental group 3 months after surgery and preoperative bone mineral density have improved markedly.Conclusion Oral simvastatin can affect patients with OP peri-implant bone density,improve the success rate of implant.
