经阴道超声检测子宫内膜病变的临床价值

目的 探讨经阴道彩色多普勒超声诊断子宫内膜病变的临床应用价值.方法 回顾76例子宫内膜病变患者行阴道彩色多普勒超声检查,分析超声图像与手术病理结果对照.结果 76患者中,子宫内膜息肉诊断符合率92.4%,子宫黏膜下肌瘤诊断符合率91.5%,子宫内膜增生诊断符合率91.6%,4例可疑子宫内膜癌经病理证实.结论 经阴道彩色多普勒超声检查内膜结构显示清晰,患者无痛苦,为诊断子宫内膜疾病的首选方法.

Transvaginal ultrasonography in detecting endometrial lesion and the clinical value

Objective To investigate the value of transvaginal color Doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of endometrial lesions clinical application value.Methods A retrospective review of 76 cases of endometrial lesions in patients undergoing vaginal color Doppler ultrasound examination,analysis of ultrasonic image with operation and pathology findings.Results 76 patients,endometrial polyps diagnosis coincidence rate 92.4%,submucous myoma of uterus diagnosis coincidence rate 91.5%,endometrial hyperplasia diagnosis coincidence rate 91.6%,4 cases of suspected endometrial carcinoma confirmed by pathology.Conclusion Transvaginal color Doppler sonography endometrium structure clear display,no pain to the patient,for the diagnosis of endometrial disease preferred method.
