Graves病合并眼征患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD4及共刺激分子CD28的表达变化

目的探讨Graves病合并眼征患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD4共刺激分子CD28表达变化与病情严重程度的关系。方法应用流式细胞仪技术对Graves病合并眼征患者外周血T淋巴细胞CD4及共刺激分子CD28的表达水平进行检测。结果①Graves浸润性突眼患者CD4+表达高于单纯性突眼患者(P<0.05),而Graves浸润性突眼患者外周血CD28+表达低于单纯性突眼患者(P<0.05)②病程>2年患者CD4+表达高于病程≤2年的Graves眼征患者(P<0.05),病程>2年患者CD28+表达低于病程≤2年的患者(P<0.05)③Graves病合并眼征患者外周血CD4与CD28表达具有相关性。结论Graves病合并眼征患者CD4+表达升高伴随共刺激分子CD28+表达降低,共刺激分子CD28+在CD4+淋巴细胞异常活化中起重要作用,CD4+、CD28+表达与Graves病眼征的严重程度具有相关性。

Expression of CD4 and costimulatry molecules CD28 on T leukomonocyte in peripheral Blood from patients with Graves disease having eye symptom

Objective To investigate the relationship between CD4 or costimulatory molecules CD28 in Graves disease and eye symptom and understand connection with its lesion degree.Methods Expression of CD4 and costimulatry molecules CD28 in peripheral blood from patients with Graves disease and eye symptom was measured by flow cytometry,Results ①Expression of CD4＋ of infiltrative exophthalmos patients is increased compared with retinitis simplex and control group（P〈0.05）,and Expression of CD4＋ in retinitis simplex eye symptom of Graves disease is increased compared with control group（P〈0.05）.The expression of CD28＋ in of infiltrative exophthalmos patients is decreased compared with retinitis simplex and control group（P〈0.05）,and the expression of CD28＋ in retinitis simplex eye symptom of Graves disease is decreased compared with control group（P〈0.05）.②The expression of CD4＋ of pathogenesis longer than 2 years is increased compared with pathogenesis shorter than 2 years（P〈0.05）,The expression of CD28＋ pathogenesis longer than 2 years is decreased compared with pathogenesis shorter than 2 years（P〈0.05）.③Expression of CD4 is connection with CD28.Conclusion ConclusionThe expression of CD4＋ increased is companied with decreased expression of CD28＋,and CD28 play an important role in the abnormal activation of CD4＋T leukomonocyte in patients with Graves disease having eye symptom,the expression of CD4＋ and CD28＋is concernd with relapse and relief.
