进展型脑梗死的危险因素相关分析

目的 探讨进展型脑梗死的危险因素.方法 96例进展型脑梗死作为观察组,110例非进展型脑梗死患者作为对照组.测定两组患者的血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸、超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、D-二聚体和同型半胱氨酸(Hcy).结果 两组在年龄、性别、吸烟史方面无显著性差异(P>0.05).两组患者在胆固醇(TC),甘油三脂(TG),收缩压(SBP)方面无明显差异,在血糖(FPG),低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C),高密度脂蛋白(HDL),舒张压(DBP)方面有显著性差异(P<0.05).观察组在尿酸、hs-CRP、D-二聚体和Hcy方面与对照组有明显差异(P<0.05,P<0.01).结论 舒张压、低密度脂蛋白、尿酸、hs-CRP、D-二聚体和Hcy是脑梗死进展的危险因素.

The analysis of risk factors of progressive cerebral infarction

Objective To study the risk factors of progressive cerebral infarction.Methods Ninty-six patients with progressive cerebral infarction were enrolled into the observation group and one hundred and ten patients with non-progressive cerebral infarction were enrolled into the control group.The blood pressure,lipids,blood sugar,uric acid,high sensitivity C-reactive protein（hs-CRP）,D-dimer and homocysteine（Hcy） were detected.Results There were not a significant difference in age,gender,history of smoking（P〉0.05）.There were not a significant difference in cholesterol（TC）,triglyceride（TG）,systolic blood pressure（SBP）.There were a significant difference in LDL-C,HDL-C,diastolic blood pressure（DBP）,uric acid,D-dimer,hs-CRP and Hcy（P〈0.05,〈P〈0.01）.Conclusion DBP,LDL-C,uric acid,hs-CRP,D-dimer and Hcy were the risk factors in patients with progressive cerebral infarction.
