补中益气丸治疗老年支气管扩张症缓解期的临床研究

目的 观察补中益气丸配合西药治疗老年支气管扩张症缓解期的临床疗效.方法 将52例患者随机分为两组:两组均给与予口服左氧氟沙星胶囊0.2 g/次,2次/d,沐舒坦片,60 mg/次,3次/d;观察组在上述治疗的基础上,加服补中益气丸10 g/次,3次/d.两组均以2周为1个疗程,治疗2个疗程,并随访半年,观察患者治疗后的临床疗效改善情况及复发情况.结果 观察组临床症状较对照组明显改善(P<0.05),复发明显减少(P<0.05).结论 补中益气丸可明显改善老年支气管扩张患者症状并可减少复发.

The clinical research on BuZhongYiQiWan treating old age bronchiectasis in remission stage

Objective To observe the clinical efficacy on BuZhongYiQiWan combined with chemotherapy treating elderly patients with bronchiectasis in remission stage.Methods 52 cases of patients were random divided into observed group and control group.The two groups were all treatad with Levofloxacin capsule(0.2 g Bid po) and Mucosolvan tabella(60 mg Tid po),at equal pace the observed group was given BuZhongYiQiWan(10 g Tid po).Both groups were in 2 weeks for a course.Two groups of patients were treated with total 2 courses and followed up for half a year to observe the clinical improvement and recurrent.Results The clinical symptoms of observed group were improved significantly than control group.The recurrent of observed group was reduced significantly than control group.Conclusion BuZhongYiQiWan can improve the clinical symptoms and reduce the recurrent of elderly patients with bronchiectasis in remission stage.
