多塞平辅助治疗支气管哮喘的临床分析

目的探讨多赛平辅助治疗支气管哮喘的临床效果。方法将我院从2010年3月到2012年3月共收治支气管哮喘患者100例,将其随机平均分为观察组和对照组,对照组的50例患者进行常规的普通治疗,观察组的50例患者在常规普通治疗的基础上,每天对患者服用多赛平2次,25mg/次。5d为一个疗程,两个疗程结束后,比较观察组和对照组两组患者的治疗结果。结果观察组50例患者中显效的患者23例(46%),好转的患者19例(38%),无效的患者8例(16%),总有效率是84%;对照组的50例患者中显效的患者15例(30%),好转的患者12例(24%),无效的患者23例(46%),总有效率是54%。观察组和对照组的总有效率存在着显著的差异(P<0.05)。结论多赛平对于治疗支气管哮喘有着显著的疗效。

The Doxepin Hydrochloride clinical analysis of the treatment of bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of the adjuvant treatment of bronchial asthma in Doxepin Hydrochloride. Methods The hospital from March 2010 to March 2012 were treated 100 cases of patients with bronchial asthma, will be randomly divided into observation group and control group, control group of 50 patients in the conventional treatment of the ordinary, the observation group 50 patients on the basis of conventional general treatment of patients every day taking Doxepin Hydrochloride 2 time, each 25 mg. 5 days for a course, to compare two groups of patient outcomes observation group and control group after the end of the two courses. Results The observation group of 50 patients cured patients, 23 cases （46%）, improvement in 19 patients （38%）, invalid patients in eight cases （16%）, total efficiency was 84%, control group of 50 cases patients markedly in patients with 15 cases （30%）, improved in 12 patients （24%）, invalid patients, 23 cases （46%）, total efficiency was 54%. The observation group and control group, the total efficiency there is a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The Doxepin Hydrochloride for the treatment of bronchial asthma has a significant effect.
