高频心电图对冠心病的诊断价值及与血清缺血修饰蛋白的相关性研究

目的 研究高频心电图(HF-ECG)对冠心病的诊断价值及与血清缺血修饰蛋白的相关性研究.方法 100例冠心病患者均采用普通心电图(ECG)和HF-ECG检测,并且抽血测血清缺血修饰蛋白的表达.结果 经比较ECG诊断阳性率61%,HF-ECG阳性率为89%,两组之间有明显差异(P<0.05).HF-ECG切迹数为(16.3±3.7)个,IMA为(96.7±11.5)U/ml,两组之间有明显直线相关关系(r=0.7182,P<0.05).结论 高频心电图对冠心病具有很高的检测价值,并且和缺血修饰蛋白有很高的相关性.

The value of HF-ECG on coronary heart disease and the correlation between HF-ECG and ischemia modified protein

Objective To study the value of HF-ECG on coronary heart disease and the correlation between HF-ECG and ischemia modified protein（IMA）.Methods One hundred patients with coronary heart disease were examined through ECG and HF-ECG.The IMA in the serum was detected.Results Positive rates of diagnosing coronary heart disease were 61% through ECG and 89% through HF-ECG.There was a significant difference between ECG and HF-ECG（P〈0.05）.The number of total notch was （16.3±3.7） and the IMA was （96.7±11.5）U/ml.There was a linear correlation between the number of total notch and IMA（r=0.7182,P〈0.05）.Conclusion HF-ECG has a high value for detecting coronary heart disease and a linear correlation to IMA.
