归味消纤丸水提部分提取工艺研究

摘    要:目的确定归味消纤丸水提部分的最佳水提取工艺参数,为归味消纤丸的后续成型工艺研究打下基础。方法以阿魏酸转移率和浸膏得率为考察指标,先对药材粒径、提取时间、提取次数、溶剂倍数进行单因素试验考察,然后在单因素试验基础上进行正交试验优化归味消纤丸的最佳水提工艺。结果最佳提取工艺为当归过3号筛,黄芪为粉碎过6号筛后得纤维粗粉,灵芝过l号筛得粗粉,枸杞为原药材提取,先浸泡1h,回流提取2次,每次以24倍水为提取溶剂,每次1.5h。结论该工艺方法合理、稳定、提取效率高。

Abstract:Objective To optimize the extraction technological parameter of aqueous part of guiweixiaoxian pill ,in order to provide basis for subsequent preparation techniques. Methods The transfer rate of ferulic acid and the extraction rate were taken as index to study partical size, extraction duration ,extraction times and solvent rate by single-factor test. Then optimum aqueous extraction technology of guiweixiaoxian pills was optimized by L9 (34) orthogonal design on the basis of single-factor test. Results The optimum extraction process was as follows : smashing the Angelica sinensis to size of three sieve powder, Astragalus of 6 sieve powder,lucid ganoderma of 1 three sieve powder and Lycium barbarum of original medicinal herbs extract,immersing for I h, then conducting the reflux extraction for 2 times with 24 times of water as solvent 1.5 h each time. Conclusion The opti- mized extraction technology is reasonable and stable with a high yield.
