摘    要:目的:研究中药降粘抗栓片I号对犬急性心肌缺血状态下的血液流变学改变.方法:用犬作为实验对象,结扎其冠状动脉,造成心肌急性缺血,经胃一次性灌入两种不同浓度的降粘抗栓片I号混悬液,从心大静脉留取不同实验时间点的血样,测定和计算全血高切、低切粘度、血浆粘度、红细胞比容等10项血液流变学指标.结果:该中药制剂能降低全血高切、低切粘度、血浆粘度和加快红细胞电泳时间及电泳率,对红细胞比容无明显影响.结论:降粘抗栓片I号能改善犬急性心肌缺血状态下的血液流变行为,可用于血液高粘滞综合征的预防和治疗.

Abstract:Objective: To study the hemorrheologic changes of canine resulting from the traditional Chinese medicine, Jiangnian Kangshuan. I, under the condition of acute myocardial ischemia. Methods: Canine were used in the experiment. Acute myocardial ischemia was created by ligating the coronary arteries of the canine. After two kinds of suspension of different concentration of the pills I were once given to the canine at the same time, blood specimens were obtained from their great cardiac veins at different intervals of the experiment to check such hemorrheologic indexes as whole blood high shear and low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocyte specific volume by referring to some reference documents. Results: Jiangnian Kangshuan. I is efficacious to reduce whole blood high , mid and low shear viscosity, plasma viscosity and to accelerate erythrocyte electrophoretic time and (electrophoretic) mobility without obvious effects on erythrocyte specific volume. Conclusion: The pill I can be ideally used in the prevention and treatment of blood high viscosity syndrome since it can be used to improve the hemorrheologic condition of canine under acute myocardial ischemia condition.
