脂联素与2型糖尿病大血管病变的相关研究

摘    要:目的探讨血浆水平变化与2型糖尿病大血管病变的关系。方法80例研究对象设为正常对照组(NC)、糖尿病组(DM)及糖尿病大血管病变组(DM+AS)。检测受试者颈动脉内膜中层厚度(IMT),然后与测定的血浆脂联素水平,白细胞计数(WBC)、空腹血糖(FBG)、空腹C肽(FCP)、糖化血红蛋白(HbAlc)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL—C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL—C)、收缩压(SBP)、舒张压(DBP)和体重指数(BMI)进行统计学分析。结果DM+AS组的脂联素水平显著低于DM组和NC组;血清脂联素水平与SBP、DBP、BMI、FBG、HbAlc、TG、CIMT成负相关。结论2型糖尿病患者的血浆脂联素水平随着大血管病变的发生而降低,可用于预测动脉粥样硬化发生的危险性。

A study on adiponectin and type 2 diabetes mellitus with Macroangiopathy

Abstract:Objective To explore the correlation between plasma adiponectin and type 2 diabetic patients with macroangiopathy. Methods 80 cases were divided into healthy control group(NC) , type 2 diabetes mellitus group(DM) and type 2 diabetes mellitus with macroangiopathy group( DM + AS). The carotid intima - media thickness(CIMT) of subjects were determined. Meanwhile the plasma adiponectin levels, fasting blood glucose(FBG) ,fasting C - peptide(FCP), glycated haemoglobin Alc ( HbAlc ) , total cholesterol ( TC ) , triglyceride (TG) , high density lipoproteincholesterol ( HDL - C ), low density lipuprotein cholesterol( LDL- C), body mass index(BMI), systolic blood pressure (SBP) and diastolic blood pressure (DBP) measured in subjects were analysed with statistical methods. Results The levels of adiponectin in DM + AS is the lowest in these groups. There was negatively correlation in levels of adiponectin and these items including SBP, BMI, FBG, HbAlc, TG, IMT. Conclusion A decreased plasma adiponectin level can be associated with the prevalence of type 2 diabetes mellitus with macroangiopathy
