| 摘 要： | 目的观察肝素钠对过敏性紫癜合并蛋白尿的疗效。方法将108例过敏性紫癜合并蛋白尿的患儿随机分成两组，治疗组58例在常规治疗的基础上给肝素钠1mg／（kg·d），静滴，疗程7d，对照组50例给常规治疗。结果治疗组总有效率100％，对照组总有效率52％，两组总有效率比较差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论肝素钠是治疗过敏性紫癜合并蛋白尿的有效药物。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effect of Heparin Sodium on children with anaphylactoid purpura affiliate albuminuria. Methods 108 patients were divided into two groups. Beside the routine therapy, the treatment group （ n = 58 ） were treated with Heparin Sodium 1 mg/（kg - d） ,ivgtt. The control group （n =50） were treated with the routine therapy. The treatment eourse was 7 days. Results The total effective rates of two group were 100% and 52%. The total effective rates of treatment group was higher than that of control group （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion It is an effective methods to treat children with anaphylaetoid purpura affiliate albuminuria with Heparin Sodium. |
