AF钉内固定治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折

目的总结应用AF钉内固定治疗单纯胸腰椎骨折的方法和治疗效果。方法自2000年1月至2008年6月共收治单一胸腰椎骨折患者125例，其中采用四钉AF内固定治疗98例，其中男64例，女34例；平均年龄39岁。均为外伤，T10 8例，T11 12例，T12 28例，L1 34例，L2 12例，b4例，均在早其内行了后入路AF钉内固定。结果98例均经6～48个月随访，按Frankel分级平均提高1．5级，cobb角由术前的（23．5°±0．6°）矫正到术后（4．3°±0．2°），椎体前缘高度由术前平均压缩剩余高度的（38．25±15．36）％，恢复到术后的（91．32±10．23）％，无1例内固定松动。结论对单纯胸腰椎骨折需要手术的患者，AF钉具有结构简单、操作方便、内固定可靠的特点，能重建脊柱的稳定性，促进患者早期康复，方便护理。

The treatment of pure thoracolumbar fractures by AF internal fixation

Objective To summarize the application of AF nail fixation for the treatment of pure thoracolumbar fractures and therapeutic effect. Methods From January of 2000 to June of 2008, Single thoracolumbar fracture patients 125 cases were received and cured. One four - pinfixation for the treatment of AF in 98 cases,64 cases for male,34 cases for female, and their average ages are 39, they are all trauman 8 cases for thrax 10,12 cases for thorax 11,28 cases for thorax 12,34 cases for lumbar 1,12 cases for lumbar 2,4 cases for lumbar 3. They were all carried out at an early stage posterior fixation AF. Results The follow - up surveys for the 98casses in the following 6 to 48 months show that they improved 1. 5 grades on average according to Grade of Franke. Cobb Angle were corrected from （23.5 °±0.6°） before operation to （4. 3°± 0.2°） after operation. Before the margin of vertebral body height were resumed to （ 91.32 ± 10. 23 ） % of the formerafter from （ 38.25 ± 15.36） % of the mean preoperative height of the residual compression without one fixation become flexible. Conclusion AF nail has the characteristics of simple structure, easy to operate and reliable fixation. It can rebuild the stability of the spine and promote early rehabilitation of patients to facilitate care.
