输卵管梗阻性不孕的综合治疗

目的观察中西医综合治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕的临床疗效。方法经超声检查排除生殖器官肿瘤和畸形，经生殖内分泌激素检测等排除无排卵性不孕，经精液检查排除男性不孕，对输卵管阻塞性不孕给予抗生素消炎，并通过四诊合参辨证论治，口服中药，每日1剂，中药保留灌肠，每日1次，深部热疗每日1次，输卵管通液每月3次。结果治疗1个月治愈1例；治疗3个月治愈3例；6个月至1年治愈3例，好转20例，无效13例；治疗1年治愈8例，好转17例，无效8例；治疗2年治愈5例，好转15例，无效5例。总治愈率50％，总有效率87．5％。结论中西医综合治疗输卵管梗阻性不孕，无痛苦，创伤小，临床疗效较好。

The treatment of obstructive tubal infertility

Objective To observe the effect of Chinese and Western medicine therapy to tubal obstruction infertility. Methods To exclude tumors and genital deformities by ultrasound examination, to exclude anovulatory infertility by reproductive endocrine hormone detection, and to exclude male infertility by the male semen examination. The patients with obstructive tubal infertility were therapied by anti - inflammatory and all four diagnostic treatment participation methods. Results 1 case was cured after 1 month. 3 cases were cured after 3 months. 3 cases were cured, 20 cases improved and 13 cases were invalid after 6 months to 1 year. 8 cases were cured, 17 cases improved and 8 cases were invalid after 1 year. 5 cases were cured, 15 cases improved and 5 cases were invalid after 2 year. The total cure rate was 50% and the total effective rate was 87. 5%. Conclusion Chinese and Western medicine therapy to obstructive tubal infertility showed better clinical efficacy with no pain and less trauma.
