冠状动脉造影及介入治疗60例临床分析

目的总结冠心病和风湿性心脏病60例冠状动脉造影及经皮冠状动脉介入治疗（PCI）的经验和临床疗效。方法研究对象为2007年4月至2008年10月在笔者所存科室及所在医院胸外科住院的病例60例。均行冠状动脉造影或冠状动脉介入治疗。结果冠状动脉造影正常26例，肌桥3例，单支病变15例，双支病变13例，三支病变3例。发现病变50处，处理29处其中置入支架20枚。结论经皮冠状动脉介入治疗是治疗冠心病有效的方法之一。但更应该对患者做好健康教育并有效控制危险因素，降低心脑血管事件的发生率。

Clinical analysis of coronary angiography and PCI： a report of 60 case

Objective To evaluate the efficacy of coronary angiography and PCI for 60 case of coronary and rheumatic valvular heart disease. Methods 60 patients who underwent stent implantation or CAG in our institution from April 2007 to October 2008. Results CAG 26 normal case, 3 myocardial bridging case, one vessel diseases 15 case, double vessel 13 case, triple vessel 3 case, 20 case of totoal 50 vessel underwent stent implantation. Conclusion PCI is a effective way to coronary disease, but education and controlling risk factors are more important to decrease major adverse cardiac events.
