艾滋病合并眼底病变的形态学研究

目的探讨HIV／AIDS合并相关性眼底血管的形态学表现。方法对16例艾滋病合并眼底病变的患者，进行眼部B超和眼底检查，并对其检查结果进行回顾分析。结果16例患者中，其中男12例，年龄27～46岁，平均37岁；女4例，年龄33~40岁，平均35．5岁。共检出23只眼有明显的阳性表现。检眼镜检查均提示眼底血管迂曲，间断或串珠状狭窄，甚至出血或血管周围呈“毛刷状”，末稍血管呈片状出血。B超检查显示玻璃体腔不同程度的回声光点和沿着血管的“毛刷状”光束，出血时，眼球壁回声隆起，内界面回声欠光滑，甚至出现絮状物或强回声膜状隆起。结论眼B超和眼底镜对艾滋病合并眼底病形态学改变的诊断起重要的作用，结合艾滋病临床表现，可以提高眼底病的诊断和鉴别诊断水平，并与非艾滋病眼底形态学病变进行鉴别诊断。

Objective The performance of the study ocular fundus of HIV/AIDS. Methods In 16 cases of ocular fundus of HIV/AIDS, carry on the ocular fundus examnine and B - ultrasound check, to review analysis as that it＇s check the result. Results In 16 cases, male 12,oldest 46 years, minimum 27 years, equally 37 years ;Female 4, minimum 33 years, biggest 40 years old, equally 35.5 years. Check totally 23 cases postive finding in ocular fundus. The check look all the show the vein circuit or interrupted or narrow look like bead style on line, even the bleeding or look like the＂ hair brush＂on vein wall around,the end of the vein is show a slice of the style issue of the blooding. The B -ultrasound check show the echo light on vitreous with when vein was bleeding that looked the ＂ hair brush＂a style light beam, even appear was the floccule, rule style or show the stronger echo. Conclusion The traditional B - ultrasound and FFA to find ocular fundus disease of diagnosis of coular fundus pathological exchanges in HIV/AIDS,it is important function, check sure the result and the clinic performance. Can be raise the B - ultrasound and the FFA with diagnosis level of the ocular fundul in AIDS, discriminating diagnosis of coular fundul finding in AIDS with ocular fundul finding in nonAIDS.
