经阴道和开腹子宫切除术的对比分析

目的探讨经阴道子宫切除术和开腹子宫切除术的临床效果。方法对行子宫切除术的152例病例进行回顾性分析，其中经阴道子宫切除术79例（阴式组），开腹子宫切除术73例（开腹组），比较两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后镇痛率、术后病率、术后肛门排气时间及住院时间。结果两组手术时间、术中出血量、术后肛门排气时间、术后镇痛率、术后病率、住院时间比较，阴式组明显少于开腹组（P〈0.01）。结论经阴道子宫切除术损伤小、恢复快，是一种较好的手术方法。

Clinical analysis of transvaginni hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy

Objective To compare effects between transvaginal hysterectomy and transabdominal hysterectomy. Methods We analysed the clinical data of 79 patients who had underwent transvaginal hysterectomy and 73 patients who had underwent transabdominal hysterectomy between Jaunary 2007 and February 2009 in Maternity and Infant Hospital of Lings- han. The operation time,blood loss, rate of postoperative fever, postoperative morbidity, time of passage of gas by anus and hospitalization time in two groups were compared. Results The operation time, blood loss, rate of postoperative fever, postop-erative morbidity,time of passage of gas by anus and hospitalization time were significantly different in the two groups （P〈0.01）. Conclusion With less damage and quicker recovery,the transvaginal hysterectomy is a good operative method.
