| 摘 要： | 目的观察痰热清注射液对耐多药肺结核的临床疗效。方法明确诊断为耐多药肺结核70例，随机分为痰热清治疗组和盐酸葡萄糖氨溴索对照组，观察在抗痨治疗基础上痰热清注射液的治疗效果。结果痰热清注射液治疗耐多药肺结核疗效满意。结论痰热清注射液治疗耐多药肺结核具有较大的临床价值。

| Abstract: | Objective To observation the clinical therapeutic effects of multi - drug - resistance pulmonary tuberculosis treated by Tanreqing injection. Methods The 70 patients whom identified diagnosis of multi - resistance pulmonary tuberculosis, were divided into Tanreqing therapeutic group and hydrochloric glucose ambroxol control group randomly. The therapeutic effects of Tangreqing injection on the basis of anti - tuberculosis were observed. Results The therapeutic effects of Tanreqing injection to multi - drug - resistance tuberculosis were satisfaction. Conlusiun It would be had major clinical utility using Tanreqing injection to multi - drug - resistance pulmonary tuberculosis. |
