| 摘 要： | 目的初步探讨水通道蛋白8（AQP8）mRNA在人胎盘、胎膜中的表达。方法采用RT—PCR检测10例选择性剖官产的足月单胎正常孕妇胎盘、胎膜中AQPSmRNA的表达。结果在人胎盘、胎膜中，AQP8mRNA均有表达。结论AQP8可能参与人羊水循环及其调节，并且为羊水量异常的治疗提供了新的思路。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression of aquaporin8 （AQP8） in human fetal membrane and placenta. Methods RT - PCR was employed for detection of the expressions of AQP8 mRNA in human membranes and placent from 10 women with normal term pregnancy. Results AQP8 mRNA expression was detected in both human membranes and placent. Conclusion AQP8 can be associated with intramembranous transport and volume regulation of amniotic fluid, and a new thinking for treating abnormal capacity for amniotic fluid. |
