低位直肠癌术后复发的原因分析

目的探讨低位直肠癌术后复发的原因及预防措施。方法回顾性分析笔者所在医院收治的低位（肿瘤下缘距肛缘≤7cm）直肠癌126例手术治疗的临床资料。结果随访到手术后病例113例，复发26例，复发时间5个月至3年，分析发现复发与病理类型、病期、是否规则化疗有一定关系。结论患者自身条件是局部复发的重要因素，不按照全直肠系膜切除术（totalmesorectalexcision，TME）原则和无瘤操作技术是术后复发不可忽视的因素，术后规则化疗是提高疗效的重要条件。

Cause analysis of postoperative recurrence of low rectal cancer

Objective To investigate the causes and preventive measures of postoperative recurrence of low rectal cancer. Methods Retrospective analysis of surgical treatment of low rectal cancer. Results 26 cases of recurrence in Followed- up 113 cases, recurrence is associated with pathological types, disease period and chemotherapy. Conclusion The patient＇s self - condition is an important factor for local recurrence, the principles of TME and non - tumor operation technology can not be ignored, the regular chemotherapy after operation is an important condition to acquire satisfied effects.
