河南地区消化性溃疡人群中幽门螺杆菌babA2检测

目的:检测河南地区消化性溃疡人群中幽门螺杆菌babA2的表达情况.方法:分别从河南地区67例消化性溃疡患者和41例非溃疡性消化不良患者体内分离幽门螺杆菌,通过聚合酶链式反应检测cagA、iceA、vacA和babA2在患者体内的表达情况,并分析babA2与幽门螺杆菌中cagA、iceA和vacA的相关性.结果:从消化性溃疡患者体内分离到的67株幽门螺杆菌中,babA2阳性27株(40.3%);从非溃疡性消化不良患者体内分离到的41株幽门螺杆菌中,15株(36.6%)babA2阳性,2者比较差异无统计学意义(P=0.701).babA2与幽门螺杆菌中cagA、iceA和vacA的出现无关.结论:河南地区人群中幽门螺杆菌babA2并不是一个实用的可预测消化性溃疡的毒力标志物.

Detection of babA2 in Helicobacter pylori in a Henan population with peptic ulceration

Aim: To investigate the relationship between babA2 in H. pylori and peptic ulcer in Henan population. Methods:One hundred and eight strains of H. pylori were isolated from gastric biopsies of 67 patients with peptic ulcer and 41 patients with non-ulcer dyspepsia. The iceA, cagA, vacA and babA2 genotypes were determined by polymerase chain reaction (PCR).Results: Twenty-seven (40.3%) out of 67 isolates from peptic ulcer patients, and 15 (36.6%) out of 41 isolates from non-ulcer patients were babA2 positive (P=0.701). babA2 was not related to the presence of cagA, iceA or vacA in H. pylori.Conclusion: It shows that babA2 in H. pylori is not a useful marker for the prediction of peptic ulceration in Henan population.
