胶质母细胞瘤PPFIBP1的表达及其临床意义

摘    要:目的 探讨PPFIA结合蛋白1(PPFIBP1)在胶质母细胞瘤中的表达及其与病人生存预后的关系。方法 选取2011年6月至2018年6月手术切除的胶质母细胞瘤116例,另选取颅脑损伤内减压术中切除的非肿瘤脑组织68例为对照,用免疫组化染色法检测PPFIBP1的表达。随访截止2021年6月,记录总生存期和无进展生存期。结果 胶质母细胞瘤组织PPFIBP1高表达率[67.24%(78/116)]明显高于对照组[17.65%(12/68);P<0.05]。多因素Cox回归分析显示,PPFIBP1高表达是胶质母细胞瘤病人总体生存预后和无进展生存预后不良的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。生存曲线分析显示,PPFIBP1高表达组中位总体生存期和中位无进展生存期较低表达组均明显缩短(P<0.05)。结论 PPFIBP1在胶质母细胞瘤中呈高表达,与病人不良生存预后有关。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of PPFIA binding protein 1 (PPFIBP1) in glioblastoma tissues and its relationship with the survival prognosis of glioblastoma patients. Methods The expression of PPFIBP1 was detected using immunohistochemical staining in glioblastoma tissues obtained from 116 glioblastoma patients who underwent microsurgery from June 2011 to June 2018 and in non-tumor cerebral tissues obtained from 68 patients (control group) with traumatic brain injury who underwent decompression. The glioblastoma patients were followed up to June 2021, and the overall survival (OS) and progression-free survival (PFS) were recorded. Results The high expression rate of PPFIBP1 in the glioblastoma tissues [67.24% (78/116)] was significantly higher than that [17.65% (12/68)] in the control group (P<0.05). Multivariate Cox regrassion analysis showed high expression of PPFIBP1 was an independent risk factor for poor OS and PFS of glioblastoma patients (P<0.05). The survival curve analysis showed that the OS and PFS of glioblastoma patients with high expression of PPFIBP1 were significantly shorter than those of glioblastoma patients with low expression of PPFIBP1 (P<0.05). Conclusions PPFIBP1 is highly expressed in glioblastoma tissues, which is related to the poor survival prognosis of glioblastoma patients.
